Meeting Room Bookings

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. Meeting Room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library. Maximum occupancy of meeting rooms: Room 1=135; Room 2=8; Room 3=16; Room 4=12; Room 6=12.  
Groups need to have a minimum of 4 members in order to reserve a meeting room                       
**Include enough time for setting up and breaking down the room.

If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours notice or less, please contact the library directly. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month. Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.

Study Room Bookings

Study Rooms are available for groups of 1-3 people. Maximum use is 2 hours per day. Contact the library directly to reserve a study room for groups under 4 people.
