Meeting Room Bookings

Minimum 3 patrons
Maximum 46 patrons
Maximum use is once per month
All meetings in the meeting room must be open to the public at no charge and may not be restricted to any particular group.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. Meeting room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library. Include enough time for setting up and breaking down the room.​

If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours notice or less, please make your reservation and then contact the library directly. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month. Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours. 

Study Room Bookings

Maximum use is 3 hours per day

 

Patrons may have only one active study room reservation at a time

Study room reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Patrons may have only one active study room reservation at a time. Maximum use is 3 hours per day. Study room reservations can be made online or by contacting the library. Study rooms are held for up to 10 minutes after start time.
