Space Availability

All library meeting rooms are closed. These closures are part of the library’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Maximum occupancy of meeting rooms: Room 1=100; Room 2=8; Room 3=16; Room 4=12; Room 6=12

 

Meeting Room Bookings

Groups must have a minimum of 4 members in order to reserve a meeting room. *If any group members will be in the library longer than four hours, they must register their license plate number at the information desk in order to avoid a ticket.

 

Meeting room bookings can be accepted up until three hours before closing time the day before a room is needed. **Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month.

  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. 

  • All meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month.

  • Include enough time in your reservation for setting up before your meeting begins, as well as time for breaking down after the meeting ends. 

  • Reservations will be held for 30 from reservation start time. After 30 minutes, reservations will be canceled and time will be released for others to book.

If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours’ notice or less, please make your reservation and then contact the library directly.  Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.

 

Study Room Bookings

Study Rooms are available for groups of 1-3 people. Contact the library directly to reserve a study room for groups under 4 people. Maximum use is 2 hours per day, one time in a day, and up to two times per week, subject to availability
