Meeting Room Bookings
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 90 days into the future. Meeting Room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library. Maximum occupancy of meeting rooms: Room 1=100; Room 2=8; Room 3=16; Room 4=12; Room 6=12
Groups must have a minimum of 4 members in order to reserve a meeting room. *If any group members will be in the library longer than four hours, they must register their license plate number at the information desk in order to avoid a ticket.
Include time in your reservation for setting up before your meeting begins, and for breaking down after the meeting ends.
Meeting room bookings can be accepted up until three hours before closing time the day before a room is needed. **Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month.
Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.
Study Rooms are available for groups of 1-3 people. Contact the library directly to reserve a study room for groups under 4 people. Maximum use is 2 hours per day, one time in a day, and up to two times per week, subject to availability
