All meetings in the meeting room must be open to the public at no charge and may not be restricted to any particular group.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. Meeting room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library.
Reservations will be held for 30 minutes after the reservation start time. After 30 minutes, reservations will be canceled and the reservation time will be released for others to book.
Include enough time in your reservation for setting up before your meeting begins, as well as time for breaking down after the meeting ends.
If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours notice or less, please make your reservation and then contact the library directly. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month. Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.
