All library meeting rooms are closed. These closures are part of the library’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. Meeting room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library.
Groups need to have a minimum of 5 members in order to reserve the meeting room. *If any group members will be in the library longer than 2 hours, they must park in the green visitor area in the Lake Hills Village underground parking garage in order to avoid a ticket.
Include enough time in your reservation for setting up before your meeting begins, as well as time for breaking down after the meeting ends.
If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours’ notice or less, please make your reservation and then contact the library directly. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month. Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.
