Minimum group size - 3 people
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. Meeting room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library.
Due to the high demand for meeting rooms we reserve the right to cancel reservations for groups who do not show up within 30 minutes.
Include enough time in your reservation for setting up before your meeting begins, as well as time for breaking down after the meeting ends.
If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours’ notice or less, please make your reservation and then contact the library directly. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month. Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.
