Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 12 weeks into the future. Meeting room reservations may be made either online (see below) or by contacting your local community library.
Include enough time in your reservation for setting up before your meeting begins, as well as time for breaking down after the meeting ends.
If you need to schedule a room within 72 hours’ notice or less, please make your reservation and then contact the library directly. Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room once per month. Library meeting rooms are only available during open hours, with the exception of rooms used for elections and library-sponsored programs. Service Center meeting rooms are available outside of normal business hours.
Meeting rooms will held for up to 30 minutes after start time before the booking is canceled. A minimum of 5 people is required for a booking. If fewer than 5 individuals are in attendance the day of the meeting, you may be required to share the meeting room due to the limited availability of seating in the library.
Study Room Bookings
Study Room #1 maximum 2 patrons
Study room reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Patrons may have only one active study room reservation at a time. Maximum use is 2 hours per day. Study room reservations can be made by contacting the library. Study rooms are held for up to 10 minutes after start time.
